SY-APS seeks to build and enhance the capabilities of many organizations supporting humanitarian work, including the St. Ephrem patriarchal Development Committee (EPDC). As part of the project, SY-APS is providing organizational capacity building through policy development, process and systems automation, training, mentoring programs and on-the-job technical assistance.
