For more information, please visit our website at www.i-aps.com Project Summary: i-APS is recruiting senior positions for an expected 3-to-5-year Yemen Third-Party Monitoring and Evaluation activity to support the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) work in Yemen. Position description: The Deputy Chief of Party must lead the technical design, data analysis, and report writing aspects of this project. The Deputy Chief of Party will also be responsible for managing the technical implementation of this project to ensure that the deliverables represent the outcomes of sound, ethical, and verifiable data collection and analysis. The Deputy Chief of Party must have excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and management skills.
